‘Refer a Friend’ Terms & Conditions

1. All candidates that are referred to Younity must not have previously registered or applied to roles at Younity in the previous 12 months. If the candidate had previously registered for roles, applied to roles, or has been approached and interviewed by Younity within that period, then they are considered to be an active candidate. Younity is under no obligation to provide any referral reward to the person who referred the candidate to us.
2. The Candidate introduced to Younity must be successfully placed into a permanent job, a Fixed Term Contract or a Contract role by Younity within 6 months of the referral being made. For Fixed Term Contracts, the minimum term must be 6 months. For contract placements, the minimum term must be 3 months.
3. For Candidates placed into permanent, contract or fixed term contract roles, no reward will be be payable until after the candidate has been employed in the role for a minimum 6 month period for permanent roles, or a 3 month period for contract roles.
4. Value of the ‘Prezzy Card’ referral reward will not be below $100 NZD, and will not exceed $200 NZD. The amount of the gift or reward will be determined by Younity on a case by case basis.
5. The person who refers the Candidate confirms that they have received permission from that Candidate to make the referral and to provide their personal information to Younity. They must be a real person who is actively looking for work.
6. The person who referred the Candidate, and the Candidate agree that all information they have provided to Younity is true and correct to the best of their knowledge with no omissions. If either the Candidate or the person who referred them have provided any information that is false, misleading or has omitted or not disclosed material information in any respect, then Younity reserves the right to not provide any reward.
7. Employees of Younity and their families are ineligible to receive any reward for any referrals.
8. The decision of Younity regarding provision of any reward is final.
