Fun fact: Elena hails from London, where she finished a law degree before changing lanes to recruitment.

Originally from Manila in the Philippines, Vanessa also worked in Singapore before moving to NZ in 2019 with her family.
But this mum of three is not all work and no play! She always has a twinkle in her eyes and cracks us up with her one-liners, loves hanging with her friends and lovely family, cook, do some shopping and of course, Netflix and chill.
We heard that morbid K-dramas are her jam, so that brings balance… we guess?!

Geoff Lawrie

Born and bred Southlander Geoff is that rare mix of sage advisor, strategic thinker, and fun human – we consider ourselves extremely fortunate to have him on (the) board.
Geoff brings years of experience as a senior tech executive – heading up the likes of Microsoft and Cisco in New Zealand, and his guidance and governance have been instrumental to Younity’s fast growth and success.
But he’s not all business, Geoff can wax lyrical about a good Scottish single malt, loves to cook up a storm for his whanau or explore in the great outdoors on his bike. A man of many talents!
Monique Cairns

Curiosity may have killed the cat, but it completely embraced Monique (an avid animal lover who would not stand for any cats getting harmed).
Her natural inquisitiveness, sharp intellect, and ability to see the bigger picture have led to an impressive career in governance, business and marketing strategy. When you add her strong moral compass, quick wit, a passion for New Zealand contemporary art (and buttery chardonnay), it’s clear why she’s such a valued member of our board!
Away from work, Monique loves to be on or near the water, relaxing with her family and friends.

Tony is one of the founders of Younity, whose desire and commitment to grow successful technology businesses reminds us of the Energizer Bunny. He goes above and beyond to deliver exceptional outcomes and loves making a positive impact on the people around him.
His ability to think outside the box, coupled with a sharp intellect and over 25 years of successful recruitment and consulting experience make him a crucial member of the Younity whānau.
He’s an avid fan of Elvis, cars and electric guitars, and is happiest when spending time with his family on a beach, either locally at Takapuna or back in his native Croatia.
