Education and Children

The Next Generation

We believe in being good ancestors and support our tamariki with equal opportunities for a brighter future.

Below are some of the ways we’re investing in the future of our children and fostering a more inclusive, tech-savvy Aotearoa.

Code Club Aotearoa

Younity partners with Digital Future Aotearoa to sponsor six of their Code Club programmes in priority areas across New Zealand, reaching more than 140 kids each week, teaching them to code for free.

Code Club Aotearoa is aimed at kids aged 9-13 with programmes which make tech skills accessible and fun for our tamariki.

Duffy Books 30 Years Celebration

Our team attended the Duffy Books in Homes' 30 year celebration! During this period they gave almost 15 million books to Kiwi kids in low decile schools.

Duffy Books School Visit

We were stoked to attend the book assembly at St Bernadette's, where the Duffy role model and Samoan author Tony Laulu shared more about how his Pacific-themed books come about - from ideas to illustration, where his characters come from and why telling your own stories are important.
