Isn’t it amazing how time flies? It feels like it was only yesterday that it was August 2021, and Auckland had just started another lockdown.
Yet here we are in March 2022! How did that happen? In that time, Younity have added several new people to our group, but we’ve been so busy, we’ve forgotten to share the news! Here’s a run-down of our new additions!
Rajan Munisami has joined our Wellington technology team as a Candidate Manager. Coming originally from an HR and Legal background, he relocated from Hamilton late last year to join Andy Sole and Chris Kilbride to deliver to roles covering Software Development, Testing & QA, DevOps, IT Security and Data. He’s quickly come to grips with IT and Digital and has started to contribute heavily already.
Milan Johnstone started with us back in August 2021. She joined us to look after “Candidate Experience” but progressed quickly into a Candidate Management role. Milan adds additional capability to our already strong technology team and is already making a huge impression with her work ethic and her talent for finding great people quickly.
Chloe Watson-Edwards has also joined our Wellington office in a Candidate Experience role, taking over from Milan. Working closely with the Candidate Management team, she has hit the ground running building strong relationships with candidates and contractors. She’s fitted in to the team quickly and we are delighted to have her in our business, making a positive impression with our people!
Finally, Chris Kilbride – one of the Younity originals – has moved into a Recruitment Consultant role in our Technology team following a hugely successful period as a Senior Candidate Manager. This move is highly deserved, and we are incredibly excited for him as he embarks on the next stage of his recruitment career with our business. Congratulations Chris!
Isabella Johnstone – Isabella Johnstone is a highly capable Candidate Manager who has taken over the Projects & Delivery portfolio in the Auckland office. Returning to New Zealand after an OE in the UK, Isabella joins our business having had several stints in recruitment and HR working across several different domain areas. She too has had a great start to her Younity career, with a number of placements made in the short time she has been in the team.
But having said all of that , we’re not finished recruiting yet!
