Designed in a collaboration between our partners Cavalry Marketing & Design and Brand Counsel, our new brighter look and feel is a much more ‘real’ representation of who Younity are.
We’ve increased the ways you can interact with us, presented more detail around our value proposition and service offerings, provided more information on the specialist roles we recruit for and created more ways for you to interact and connect with our team.
This website represents the next step in our journey, with Younity continuing to evolve and improve, sharing the real stories of people whose lives we touch. Keep an eye on our Real Outcomes page for regular updates from those whose lives we impact.
We invite you to check out several of the new sections on our site, including Real People, showcasing the Younity story, who we are and what we believe and presenting the profiles of Our People in our Auckland & Wellington offices. We also touch on how we play our part in the wider technology community & ecosystem. Our Real Services page has expanded information on the products and services we provide For Employers and For Jobseekers. Our Real Specialties pages go into some detail describing several of the major job families that we are specialists in, with expanded information on the various job types we can recruit.
We encourage all our visitors to interact with our team! We invite you Engage with Us in various ways. Our candidates can Register for Jobs, both permanent and contract, and advise our consultants that you are ready for the next opportunity. Similarly, you can Refer a Friend and if we successfully place them, get a little something in return as a gesture of thanks. Employers can easily Register a Vacancy so we can connect your business with the right person and everyone who works with Younity can share their stories and Give Feedback, giving us insights as to how well we are tracking and what we can do to be better.
